Put the vegetables in the pot and let simmer. Add all other ingredients together and mix well. Coat children with blend of culture, heritage and folklore tales as all sing and dance to musical instruments. Run around in the open space. Cool off in the sea. Have a hearty meal of fresh fruits and vegetables followed by a nap in the hammock.
